Team hosts will be responsible for ensuring an organized flow as competitors and judges sign in. This will also entail providing registrants with accurate information and being able to answer general questions related to DCC. This role will also consist of accompanying assigned teams to their respective preparation rooms and presentation rooms and answering any questions or concerns teams may have.
The judge hosts’ tasks include guiding the judges to the appropriate presentation rooms as well as ensuring the judge’s lounge is organized and food/beverages are replenished as needed. This individual will be the judge’s point of contact for any questions or concerns they may have. This role will also involve ensuring presentation rooms are equipped with all necessary items and timekeeping of case presentations.
